Discover Lainapp, a project linked to the regulatory learning experimentation space of the UAB-Cruïlla Chair!
This application is an example of biomimicry based on stigmergy, a natural mechanism where our interaction with the environment serves as a guide for others. Lainapp transforms the festival grounds into a map that adapts to real-time events, ensuring you always have reliable and up-to-date information.
Lainapp is part of this academic context and, to participate in the project, it is necessary to have the approximate location activated when you use the application, as many of the functionalities offered are linked to it and this helps us validate its correct functioning. In any case, once installed, you can activate and deactivate geolocation as you prefer. Remember that it is an approximate location and that the information is automatically deleted at the end of the festival.
Participation in this experimentation space has provided an environment to validate the regulatory aspects associated with the project. The work carried out has allowed for a review of data protection requirements and the incorporation of privacy-by-design criteria into the application's architecture.
